Additional troubleshooting

  1. Reset the engine service error.

To do this, enter the Diagnostics menu (3 + 6), navigate to PRINTER SETUP and selectReset Engine Service Error.

  1. If error persists, then:

  1. If error still persists, then follow additional troubleshooting suggestions found in the Service Manual for the 2500-sheet tray "transfer guide motor failure".

  2. Escalate this issue to your next level of support if this intervention required (IR) message cannot be resolved.
