Lexmark MS911 & MX91x ? The 2500 / 3000 Sheet Tray Shows a Different Paper Size from the Media Loaded

What you will see

When a customer loads paper into a newly installed 2500-sheet or 3000-sheet option tray, it will show different sizes (i.e., A4 or Letter) for the paper that is actually loaded and the information found under paper settings.

Explanation

Unlike Lexmark's other devices, the Lexmark MS911 and MX91x's 2500-sheet and 3000-sheet option trays do not have an auto-size sense function, and therefore must be changed manually.
