Overview
After replacing printer’s Image Transfer Belt (ITB), and a limited number of pages printed, the belt breaks and is easily torn apart.
NOTE: The issue also leads to 202.9x paper jam prior to permanently damaging the ITB.
Solution
Replacing the ITB and a maintenance count reset after the installation of the new belt will fix the issue. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
