Scan to Network Destination Address Not Updated After Importing UCF

What you will see

If...Then...
You import a Scan to Network ( SNF) universal configuration file (.ucf) with profiles containing a different address or pathThe profiles are not updated with the new address.


NOTE:
You may import .ucf information via the printer’s Embedded Web Server ( EWS) > Settings > AppsApps Management or Device SolutionsSolutions ( eSF) > Scan to Network > Import.

Access the printer EWS by typing the printer IP address into the URL field of your browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari). For example, enter http://MFP_IP_Address, where MFP_IP_Address is the IP address of the printer.

Affected products

Affected products include any compatible MFP with SNF app version 4.8.2 or below installed.

Recommended solution

Update the SNF app to PE release version 4.8.2.5 or higher.
