Update the LSCM app to version 1.3.5 or higher.
To obtain this version, please contact your next level of support or Lexmark Technical Support and reference this article ID. Support personnel can assist with the update procedure if necessary.
The LSCM version 1.3.5 or higher app pulls the user information for the job from the printer firmware and retains that information when the user session ends while the jobs continue to print.
