Receiving faxes fails after the MFP stands Idle for an extended duration

Issue description

Failure to receive faxes as a result of the MFP going into Power Save mode for an extended period of time.

Solution

To resolve this issue, make sure to update the printer firmware to the latest version. Please refer to the Firmware Update Instructions for steps in updating the printer firmware.
