Solution:
Chads might possibly be sticking together and accumulating in a part of the hole punch unit (mechanism) that is not easily accessible.
Please contact Lexmark Technical Support for additional troubleshooting and possible service solutions.
Prevention
Avoid hole punches on media where the print coverage extends into the area of the hole punch. The punch area can be up to16.1mm from the edge of the media.
If that is not an option, then make sure to allow a delay between full-coverage punch jobs, and keep in mind that larger jobs require a longer delay between jobs.
