An 840.02 Scanner Disabled by Admin error appears after restarting the printer

Issue description

When the printer encounters a scanner error, it will power off the printer and when it comes back on, an "840.02 Scanner Disabled by Admin" error displays on the printer screen.

Solution

The "840.02 Scanner Disabled by Admin"is displayed on the printer to allow you to use other non-scanning features such as printing, etc.
