This article provides the latest firmware available for Multi-position Stapler Hole Punch Finisher.
Firmware Information:
You can download the latest finisher firmware from

. This firmware improves the following:
Mixed media stapling (such as Letter size and Legal Size media can be stapled together). This firmware makes improvements to the mixed media stapling for the Multi-position hole punch finisher.
Note:The printer FW must be updated to at least 5.2 for the mixed media stapling to work.
Reduce the following jams in some cases 483.64, 480.25, and 458.23 errors.
Note: These improvements are already in FW 4 and higher. So you don't need to update the finisher FW to get the jam improvement unless you can't update the Engine FW to at least FW 4.
