Issue Description:
To print envelopes outside the supported sizes of 7.75, #9, #10, DL, C5 and B5, you will need to follow all the steps below.
ALL non-standard envelope sizes require the following printer and driver setting adjustments:
Tray 3 Size sensing – OFF
Tray 3 Paper size – Other Envelope
Creation and selection of a custom page size via driver and application
Note:
The envelope option requires thetray 3 position.
Solution:
Step 1: Turn 'OFF' tray 3 size sensing
Using the control panel, touch Settings > Device > Maintenance > Configuration Menu > Tray Configuration > Size Sensing > Tray 3 (Envelope Feeder).
Toggle the setting to OFF.
Save this setting by touching the Home button or Back button.
Step 2: Change paper size to 'Other Envelope'
Navigate to Settings > Paper > Tray Configuration > Paper Size/Type.
Scroll down to Tray 3 and select Other Envelope.
Again, touch the Home button or Back button to save.
Step 3: Configure the driver and application

ENVELOPE NOTE: Make sure Paper Type is set to envelope.
