This issue was first seen on a CX510, however, any printer that shares similar firmware may show similar symptoms.
Suggested remedy
Check your printer's latest to identify this fix. Otherwise, contact Lexmark Technical Support to request PE firmware LW50.##.P567 or greater. If not available, then request that this firmware be made available for your printer.
