Issue Description:
The printer posts a 39.01 Complex Page error message w
hen scanning a document from the automatic document feeder (ADF).

Solution:

Power the printer Off for one minute and power it back On.

If the issue persists after powering the printer On and performing a scan using the ADF, make sure to update the printer firmware to the Latest Printer Firmware.
