This issue only happened on the devices listed below that had the PaperCut Application installed:
- Lexmark CX860
- Lexmark CX825
- Lexmark CX820
- Lexmark CX725
- Lexmark CX827
- Lexmark CX727
By default, the Card Copy Application will be locked or disabled if a PaperCut Application is installed on these devices. The steps below will show how to add the Card Copy Application on these devices having the PaperCut Application installed.
|1||Admin needs to log in to the PaperCut server and access one of the devices on the list.|
|2||After selecting the device, Admin needs to add the esf.cardCopy.cardCopyFAC and select 'Update'. Wait for the update to complete the installation.|
