Affected Products:
Multifunction: CX860, XC8160 and XC8163

Issue Description:
The Lexmark CX860 multi-function printer can utilize ultra-high yield toner cartridges. This offers lower cost per page, which is ideal for high-volume printing. Ultra-high yield cartridges are bigger compared to the regular ones. This is why bottle insert covers must be removed in order for these special cartridges to fit. This document will describe the process of removing the printer’s bottle insert cover.
