Envelopes that do not lay flat in the Envelope Tray lead to more240.33, 213.33 and 242.36 jams.

Solution:
Twist the envelopes in an effort to get the envelopes to lay flat.
Load fewer envelopes in the tray to reduce stack height.
Try a style of envelope that is known to lay flat in the envelope tray.
