Lexmark CX825 ? Collate Option Issue when Printing from MAC OS 10.12

Overview

In MAC OS 10.12, the output when selecting a “collate” option is (1, 2, 3) (1, 2, 3) and it does not make any difference whether this option is enabled or disabled, the output is still the same.

Solution

A printer driver for Mac is now available that will allow “collate and uncollate” options to work and rectify the issue. Download the driver from this link Lexmark_AEP_PrinterSoftware_04112017.dmg.

Additional information

In Windows, for Microsoft office applications: Textedit and Preview, use the “Collate” option from printer driver’s user interface. And for Adobe application, use the “collate” option from application’s user interface. In order to display the “collate” option in Adobe, increase the print copies to more than “1” on the application’s user interface.
