Overview
When printing a document using the Print & Hold (confidential print) option on the Lexmark CX825, should you check the held jobs folder, you will find some print jobs from other users in the folder, while at the same time the newly sent confidential print job is saved on the other user's folder.
NOTE: This issue happens about 70-80% of the time.
Solution
Updating the printer firmware will fix the issue. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support to acquire the latest firmware.
NOTE: The Lexmark representative might ask for the printer's current firmware level. Please refer to Checking the latest Lexmark printer firmware for the steps. Once you obtain the file, you may proceed and update the firmware by following the steps from Updating the Lexmark printer firmware.
