Lexmark MS510 ? Tray Four Option Is Not Available Under the Printer Driver Properties Configuration Tab


The Tray 4 option is not available when navigating through the Printer Properties > Configuration Tab on a Lexmark MS510. This occurs when using specific Universal Printer Driver (UPD) versions; i.e., UPD v2 XL and XL

Tray 4 is available with a Lexmark MX510 printer using the same driver version.

Recommended solution

To resolve this issue, your printer driver needs to be replaced. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support to obtain private builds for these UPD packages.
