Printing from AS400 results in the bottom margins being offset and the last line being cut off. Print area is supposed to extend to about 1mm from the bottom edge of each label. Printable area set to Whole Page

Set the printable area to full page, which should increase the printable area and allow enough space for the last line to be printed.
To do this from the operator panel, navigate to Settings > Option Card Menu > IPDS Menu > EMULATION > Printable Area, and then change the setting to Full Page.
