Unable to release jobs with over 100 pages via eDAS (Pharos Blueprint)
What you will see
When printing a job with over 100 pages, you may experience any of the following symptoms:
- Screen stays at “Verifying” or “Validating” upon authentication.
- Control panel displays a 900.36firmware error.
- Printer display returns to the home screen.

This issue has been seen on the following Lexmark models (i.e., dhe/de/e variants) with embedded Document Accounting Solution (eDAS) app version 3.1.0 or below:

NOTE: An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.
Recommended solution
To resolve this issue, update the eDAS app to PE release version 3.1.0.2.
