'Tray Empty' message appearing even if the tray is loaded with paper

Issue description

When a customer prints a document, the printer registers a "Tray Empty" message even if the tray is full or has media in it.

Solution

Open the tray for more than one second, verify that paper is loaded, and then close the tray. This should eliminate the "Tray Empty" message so the printer can resume printing.

Explanation

This scenario happens only if the tray is pulled open and then pushed closed in less than one (1) second.
