Overview
An error is encountered and noted under the SE logs after renewing or updating the license in Pharos Blueprint.
Solution
Log on to the analyst server, access Pharos Systems BlueprintAdministrator and go to the serverslist. Select the relevant collector and click on the Clear Replicated Data button.
NOTE: This will populate the settings update to the collector server. The collector's cache had the old licenses, thus making it an error when updating printers attached to it. The way to resolve this issue is to force the collector cache to be cleared so that the next use of a printer forces the collector to pull the data from the analyst and get the newly updated information (licenses in this case).
