Invalid Version error when updating firmware

Issue Description:

This error mostly likely occurred because your printer's firmware level is not at the required minimum firmware level of LW1.PR4.P151.

Solution:

Verify the current firmware level on the printer; to do this:

1. Print the Menus Settings Page.



2. Alternatively, access the printer's Web page using the printer's IP Address, and navigate to Reports > Device Settings.



3. Look under Device Information and take note of the Base Code value.

If the firmware level is below LW20.PR.P235 as shown in the examples below;

• LF.PR4.P071c
• LW1.PR4.P124
• Any other released firmware with a number below LW20.PR.235...
