What you will see
A blank white or gray menu screen displays when accessing the Remote Operator Panel of a Lexmark CS310 or MS410 via the printer’s embedded web server (EWS).
NOTE: The printer actually responds when clicking on the visible buttons; however, the menu on the 2-line window does not display.
Update the printer’s firmware to PE Release code P452 or higher.
