Possible cause

Obstruction in the Booklet maker aligner home sensor might cause the printer to post 338.07 error. Suggested Remedy

Should you encounter the error immediately after boot up or even while printing booklet, visually inspect the Booklet maker aligner home sensor for any foreign object obstructing it (i.e., staple wire or torn paper). The preceding images show the location of the sensor. Clear obstructions should you find any.
