If an eSF applications is uninstalled or stopped, the Home Screen view in the Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) portal may show a blank space or an application placeholder where the uninstalled or stopped eSF application has been.
Enable/start the eSF application(s) that were disabled/stopped.
Click the Restore button in the Home Screen section of the Printer Details page in the CFM portal as seen here.
Click Refresh Information. Click here for an illustration.
Use the Home Screen Customize button to rearrange the Home Screen icons as needed.
