24x.01 Paper Jam Error Code

24X.01 Paper Jam – Pass-thru sensor is failing or there is paper left in path of Tray x (where ‘x’ represents the tray number).

1. Check Tray x for paper left in the front portion.



2. Make sure that there is no paper covering the pass-thru sensor of a particular tray. Do this by removing the tray completely and check for paper in the upper front area where the tray was just removed from.



3. Remove the tray above as well and check if there is any paper left. Remove any jammed sheets and re-insert all trays.

1. Replace Tray.
