What you will see
When scanning multiple documents with different sizes using the Auto-document feeder (ADF), if the size of the first document is “Letter”, the rest of the documents will also be scanned as Letter even though the paper sizes are different. The same result can be observed even should you set the Scan Size option to Mixed, Auto-size, or Universal.
On the other hand, if you start the scan using paper sizes other than “Letter” (e.g., Legal or A4) the results are in correct sizes.
Recommended solution
To resolve this error, it is strongly recommended to update the firmware of the device to P350 or the latest level.
How to download the latest firmware
Go to support.lexmark.com.
Type your printer model in the “Enter Product Name” field and click
OR click on the picture of the correct printer model shown.Locate the “Downloads” tab.
Select the version of the Operating System.
Click the link available under "Firmware".
Once you have the latest firmware downloaded, proceed with any of the options below to perform the update.
