What you will see
A “null” message appears on the printer control panel after selecting the Scan to Remote Printer (Remote Copy app) icon, which was deployed in Solution Composer (SoCo) Agent version 2.7.2 and below.
To resolve this concern, update the SoCo Agent to version 2.7.3 (or higher).
