You are unable to send a fax cover page and/or logo from your Lexmark MX310 printer.
Functioning as designed
Fax cover page and logo feature is NOT supported on the 2.4 inch (60.96mm) screen models.
NOTE: The fax cover page and logo settings found in the embedded web server (EWS) page will be removed in the next firmware release.
This feature is available on the following models:
- CX410
- CX510
- MX410
- MX51x
- MX61x
- MX71x
- MX81x
