The Fax Recipient Receives Blurry Pages when Sender Is Using Lexmark XM1145 to Send Fax

When sending fax using a Lexmark XM1145, the recipient may report back to you that the received fax document is blurry or pixilated. See a sample fax printout below:

To rectify this issue, you need to update the printer’s firmware to the latest PE release code (P262 or higher).
