What you will see
After selecting a profile with a 0 shortcut number (e.g., Scan to Network, Scan to Email, or Scan to FTP shortcut profile) or pressing #0 on the printer’s numeric keypad, any of the following messages may appear:

Affected printers
This has been seen on Lexmark MX310 and CX310 models.
Suggested remedy
Use values 1-99999 when creating shortcuts.
Explanation
By default, shortcut number 0 or #0 works as a manual fax shortcut number.
