Issue Description:
The printer displays either:
31.46, 31.66, 655.84 error codes, or 201.22 paper jam.
Note: The error codes 31.46 or 31.66 (for MS/MXx1x) or 655.84 (for MS/MXx2x) are precursors to the 201.22 error code.
200.xx Paper Jam – 200.01, 200.03, 200.05, and/or 200.42 codes
Continuously prints blank sheets
Prompts false "Load Paper" message
Possible Cause
These errors are caused by either:
The toner cartridge is not fully inserted before closing the printer door.
The toner port ratchet on the IU is in the wrong position.

Solution:

Ensure paper has been removed beneath the Cartridge/Imaging Unit.

With the Cartridge/Imaging Unit removed, ensure the gray input sensor is upright, protruding through the green guide
