31.25 CTLS Calibration Capacitor Reading Is Too Low

Defect Symptom

Error 31.25 – Capacitive Toner Level Sensing (CTLS) Calibration capacitor reading is too low. Possible issue exists with the CTLS circuit.

Customer Repair Action & Troubleshooting

  1. Remove and re-install the Imaging Unit; ensure that it is seated properly.

  1. Try swapping Imaging Units if possible.
