An Issue with the number of copies when using Multi send workflow in Lexmark Solution Composer

Issue description

When a customer inputs the desired number of copies using the Multi Send workflow in the control panel, only 1 copy is scanned to the network folder.

The expected output when using the Multi Send workflow in Solutions Composer (SoCo) is to make a copy based on the number the user enters. It will then be scanned and sent to a network folder.

Solution

To correct this issue, update the Solution Composer Agent to version 2.9.6.2. Click here to download the updated app.
