Slow Authentication on the Papercut App

Overview

The Papercut App using a Go Daddy certificate that uses port 9192 experiences slow authentication.

Solution

You need to contact the Papercut support team for assistance in rectifying this issue. They have the latest version of the app supporting Go Daddy certificate that uses fast https connection. Papercut is already aware of this issue and it has been escalated to the Papercut development team.


NOTE:
Lexmark only supports the certificate of the app developed by Papercut.
