Issue Description:
An "Insufficient Data for an Image" or "A drawing error occurred" error message pops up when you open (and start to scroll down) a Portable Document Format (PDF) file scanned through the Scan to E-mail feature on a Lexmark MX71x or MX81x series MFP. The error occurs when using Adobe Acrobat or Reader version 9.5.x or earlier. See sample image below:
Note: The PDF file opens correctly using Adobe Reader version 11 or later. An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.

Solution:
Update the printer’s firmware code to EC4.05 (P439) or the latest level.
