What you will see
The printer control panel freezes and displays a white screen when repeatedly using the FTP* bookmark found in the Forms and Favorite app. This may occur in the following scenarios:
- While loading the files and/or printing the file from the FTP* server
- When the FTP* bookmark contains a lot of files (e.g., hundreds or more)
* File Transfer Protocol
NOTE: An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.
If you encounter freezing and white screen display, press the hard key for Home to return to the home screen. If the issue persists, reboot the printer.
TIP! It is suggested to refrain from using Forms and Favorites bookmarks successively.
