1To determine the source of such print defect, verify if all of the Developers Units (DU) are installed. If all DUsare installed, remove them from the printer, shake each unit gently from side to side while holding them in a horizontal position, and then re-install them back into the printer.
2If DU removal/re-seatingdoes not correct the issue, replace them with new supplies. If you have noDU replacement supplies in stock, please contact Lexmark Technical Support for other troubleshooting suggestions.
