Slow Printing due to Thermal Cycle Slowdown on a Lexmark CS310, CS410, CS510, CX310, CX410, and CX510

Overview

If the printer/MFP slows to half speed after printing the first 30 to 33 pages, it is likely the result of a "Thermal Cycles" slowdown issue.

Explanation

This issue occurs after the Imaging Unit (IU) has experienced 100 "Thermal Cycles" in which the printer will reduce its speed to prevent any damages to the developer rolls in the Imaging Kit.
