Lexmark Service Training - Certification for ServiceThis document describes product certification training available to Lexmark Authorized Service Partners.
NOTE: Certification courses are intended for Lexmark Authorized Service Partners Only.
Procedure
You will be required to log in to you personal Infrature account. If you are not familiar with Lexmark's Service Training offerings, or Lexmark's Learning Management System (Infrature), please contact your company?s representative responsible for Lexmark partner relationships.
Certification requirements
You must complete specified prerequisite courses and, either the online certification course or a Lexmark authorized hands-on training class. Certification prerequisites are indicated on the main course entry page on Infrature.
Option 1: Online Certification Course
To access the certification courses, you will need to log in using your personal Infrature account ID and password.
Log into your personal Infrature* account (http://ds.infrature.com/)
Select the Color or Color Multifunction category.
Select the Product for the course:
- 5027 Lexmark CS310/CS410/CS510
- 7527 Lexmark CX310/CX410/CX510
NOTE: Once the online course has started, you will have access to the course, study materials, and exam questions.
*Browser compatibility: Infrature is compatible with Internet Explorer. You will experience problems if using Infrature with Mozilla's Firefox or Google's Chrome browser as these browsers are incompatible with this training tool.
Option 2: Hands-on Certification Class
NOTE: Hands-on training for this product will be available after December 15, 2012.
