Unable to Close Printer Toner Door Due to Toner Cartridge that Will Not Fit

Issue description

You are unable to close the right side cover of the printer after installing the toner cartridge. Other issues noticed are:

• The Toner cartridge will not fit.
• The Toner cartridge seems to be taller than the others.
• Unable to properly install the toner cartridge.

Troubleshooting

Step	Action
1	Remove the toner cartridge that is lifted.
2	Push the port actuator to it's correct position. Incorrect Position
2	Check the port actuator and make sure it is in the correct position as shown in the image.
3	Once the toner cartridge is installed, close the Toner door and perform a test print.
