202.01 paper jam

Issue description

The 202.01 Paper Jam error indicates one or more sheets of paper are jammed on the standard output bin of the printer, or that the Fuser exit flag is stuck. Sometimes it may cause the paper to 'accordion' within the fuser exit area.

Paper Jam Locations

The paper jam can be located in either of the two locations below:

• Standard Output Bin
• Fuser Area

Solution

1. Make sure that any previous jams have been removed.



2. Check whether the affected paper tray or any input source in use is being loaded properly. Refer to the following articles:
