After accessing the Diagnostics Menu, the hour and the minutes keep changing in the Current Date and Time setting.

Solution
 Check the printer’s current firmware (FW). Checking the latest Lexmark printer firmware for steps on how to check the printer's current FW.
NOTE: If the firmware is already updated, skip Step 2 and go directly to Step 3.

Update the printer firmware (FW) to PE release version P698. To obtain this version, contact Lexmark tech support.
