Issue Description:
The printed images appear to have toner flaking off from some colored areas. This issue might manifest itself as white voids, stripes, strips, or in general vertical light or dark lines. As shown in this example, black has some uneven areas in which this print defect is present.
NOTE:
The affected black print area may also feel rough.

Solution:
Determine which color is having the issue by printing the “Print Quality Samples”. To do this from the Control Panel, navigate through: Settings > Report > Print Quality Pages.
Print multiple pages and check whether the print quality issue is resolved.
