Issue description
When trying to print to one of the output mailbox bins, the printer will display a 417.33.
Solution
To resolve this issue, update the printer with the latest firmware version available in theDriver & downloads support site. Please refer to the Firmware Update Instructions for steps in updating the printer firmware.

If the printer is already on the latest version, please refer to Paper jam errors caused by loose chads from Hole Punch unit for additional troubleshooting.
