Issue Description:
The printer displays one of the following error messages:
"58 Output Config Error" (Printers having an earlier firmware version)
"Check Finisher Installation" (Printers having firmware 3 or higher versions)
Possible Cause:
A damaged or missing bin full flag, produced when a staple finisher optionis installed on the printer, causes this error to appear.
Solution:
Make sure the two alignment pins
(A)
for the staple option are lined up with the holes (B)
above the printer exit to avoid damaging the bin full flag.Still Need Help?
