  1. Open the printer's EWS via a web browser (e.g., Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome).

  2. Enter the printer's IP address (e.g.,http://192.168.1.2).

  3. Select Applications > Scan to Hard Disk Web Retrieval.

  4. Click the file to download.
