Downtime Reports Activity Logs:

  1. From the Embedded Web Server, access the web application.

  2. Edit the URL by adding /logs. For example,

    Claiborne:http://IP/esf/prtappauth/apps/downtimeReporting/logs

    Pre-Claiborne:http://IP/cgi-bin/direct/printer/prtappauth/apps/downtimeReporting/logs

    (where IP is the printer IP address).
