How to Configure Scheduled E-mail Reports in Lexmark Fleet Tracker v2

Overview

This article provides the steps required to configure scheduled e-mail reports in Lexmark Fleet Tracker (LFT) version 2.

Procedure

1Log in to your LFT 2 admin page.
2Go to Desktop, and then click on Current Desktop Printer Data.
3Click on All Desktops.
4Click on Totals.
5Click on the Scheduler icon.

On LFT 2 definition page, configure the following settings, and then click on Save Report E-mail Definition.

Name: <set name> Report Format: Comma Separated Delivery Day: <set days preferred> Recipient/File 1: <e-mail address>
